Membership FAQ

Membership runs for 12 months from the date you sign up. We send a renewal reminder by email before it expires.
The fee is paid by bank transfer to our Swiss IBAN. You will receive the exact payment details by email once your application is confirmed.
The reduced rate (CHF 45) is for students and pensioners — please attach a copy of your student ID or pensioner's card with the application.
As soon as your payment is recorded we add you to the members mailing list and WhatsApp channel, and unlock seat reservations 48 hours before the public on-sale.
Yes — you can cancel at any time in writing to info@helse.ch. Annual fees already paid are generally not refunded.
We do not have a fixed family rate for now, but we try to accommodate where possible. Write to info@helse.ch with the number of family members and we will get back to you.
